The music video was released after Ralf Hütter’s recovery from a serious cycling crash that had left him in a coma. Hütter has said cyclists specifically understand how Kraftwerk’s music is composed, since moving with a bike means listening to the environment, wind and your own breath — closely paralleling the band’s approach.
